What’s Brand Impact Sprint?

A Brand Impact Sprint is a 5-day brand building workshop to create a beta version of your brand. From Monday to Thursday, we’ll co-create your brand strategy, visual identity and messaging, and prototype website or pitch deck. On Friday, we’ll test it with your audience.

This lean approach saves time and money, allowing you to iterate and improve your branding and storytelling quickly based on audience feedback. It enables you to update your brand swiftly in case of a business pivot, without starting from scratch.

1. UNDERSTAND & IDEATE

On Monday & Tuesday we run a 2-day intensive online or in-person workshop to clarify your brand story, understand your impact, audience and market, define brand personality, and translate it all into visual identity and storytelling.

We’ll define your brand:

  • Vision & Purpose

  • Personality & Values

  • Impact & Positioning

  • Audience & Tone of Voice

We’ll co-create a visual moodboard and a draft brand story.

2. DESIGN

On Wednesday the brand team takes a break while we design your brand identity and write the messaging.

3. PROTOTYPE

Thursday is for building the prototype: a website or a pitch deck.

  • Morning meeting: Presentation & Feedback

  • Afternoon meeting: Final tweaks

3. TEST

On Friday we test your pitch deck or website during online interviews with your real audience (investors or customers) and make a plan based on the insights.

FAQ

  • Ideally, 3-4 people from the company: decision makers (Co-Founders) and others who know the business well from different angles (like CTO, CMO, or Sales). We can run a Sprint with just one founder, but it’s more insightful and fun with more ideas to play with.

  • The process is highly collaborative as we want the brand team to co-create their brand instead of following an external strategy.

We start with 1,5 hr Impact Starter workshop to define your goals and map out the missing elements so we can do research before the Impact Brand Sprint.

Impact Brand Sprint takes 5 days:

    • MON-TUES: 2 days of intensive strategy and co-creation workshops (10am-4pm).

    • WED: BREAK for founders while your brand is being designed.

    • THURS: 2x45 mins meetings (morning and afternoon).

    • FRI: 1.5 hr Test call/s (optional for the team)

After the Sprint we schedule a 1hr workshop to go through the test insights and decide on the next steps.

  • That's ok. We can use it or adjust it. During Impact Starter workshop we'll check which elements of your brand work well, which don't and we'll decide on the best solution.

  • Ideally, your potential customers or investors that you know. This gives you an opportunity to forge better connections with them even before the official launch of the brand as they will be invested in it from the beginning. Alternatively, we can invite people we know who would provide good feedback.

  • We summarise the workshop, gather insights from the tests and meet the following week to decide on the next steps. Depending on your audience feedback, you can use the beta version of your brand we created or book a shorter iteration sprint to implement changes and further develop the brand.

If needed, we can book extra sprints like a social media strategy or product/service sprints. We can also produce extra visual content like animation, video, or printed materials.

  • No. We hope you’ll be so happy with the process and results that you’ll want to continue. But you’re free to continue to build your brand with someone else. You’ll get all the findings from the workshop summarised and access to edit your website or pitch deck, making it easy to develop further on your own or with other creatives.

  • The only additional costs would be a Squarespace (or Webflow) subscription to build the website and costs stock images/videos, if needed (we’ll discuss this beforehand).
